Do any of you watch the Biggest Loser?
I know it's a game- but for the last two years-I've been sucked up into the drama.
I cry during makeover week...
I cry when they cross the finish line at the marathon...
I cry when they go home and listen to their 'before' video...
I cry when the the confetti rains on their heads at the finale...
Yep- I get sucked in.
Whatever the tactics used to get the weight off --- these contestants become transformed.
This idea of transformation is appealing to me.
Just a thought...

  1. I haven't watched it in several seasons, but I get emotionally attatched as well.
As far as transformation goes...I'm finding myself daydreaming about it more and more.

  2. Hi Jeri, I have watched that show before. But I think its a bit extreme. That is where I learned to use Hummus instead of mayo on tortillas and sandwiches. :-)

  3. I have watched it since it started 10 years ago, lol! I love the idea of transformation - I hope that this journey we are taking is filled with transformation as well, it just doesn't have to occur over such a short period of time. :)

  4. I am a biggest loser fan too Jeri. I love to see them get so thin and fit to boot! I think thats why they arent all flabby & saggy...becuase they exercise. I am not fond of this seasons contestants at all. John gets on my nerves as does Ramon. I think last seasons contestants were the best by far! I loved Olivia & Hannah! They were fun to watch & they both look amazing!!!!!
I dont cry but when they play the videos of them talking to themselves saying "dont ever let yourself get to this place again" it does pull at the heartstrings to see them so broken & now on the mend.
Next week is the finale....cant wait!
    Have a wonderful day!!

  5. I've watched that a few times but haven't seen it lately. I always get jealous that they get personal trainers and chefs, lol!
