3 Full Days

For (3) full days, I did it...
.no diet soda
 .no out of control sugar binges.
. I'm getting back on track with Fast Track
.--and being home helps...a lot!
.I.am.going.for.day.(4).

  1. 4, then 5, then soon you will be back in the habit of things! Did you see the Dr. Oz show that was breaking the top 5 diet myths? The first one was about soda. The other thing he showed was to put a little lemon juice in some carbonated water. Lemon/stevia and carbonated water, it sounds refreshing? You can go online and watch the show, it was good! I don't know what I would do if I didn't love my ice tea!

    Those Zevia soda's are good too, if you only want one once in awhile (they are a little expensive). I like them if I make a pizza.
