I got on the scale the morning and found I gained 2lbs-not too happy about that. I didn't track while I was away, but I made lots of good food (health) choices, and my days were full and busy.
I'm ready to:
- Return to my meditative walking---I just made that up (good word, huh) , but that's what it is for me. I've chased little ones around a lot for the last 3 weeks, but haven't done much focused walking/exercise
- Release this extra weight-I just don't need it anymore!
- Catch up with you -I've missed your support and updates.
Welcome home, I'm glad you had a nice time with your family. Don't worry about the 2 lbs they will come off soon. Have a wonderful day :)
