Day 10

Chocolate Coconut Bread

Today is the first morning I wanted oatmeal.
Instead, I found this picture of one of my 'desserts' from my early BFC days.  Technically, our coconut bread is not a grain, but knowing me I'm staying away from all 'baked goods' for just little while longer. I'm really concerned it will start a 'feeding freenzy'
I try to stay upbeat, but last evening was kinda hard... so I'm sure the grain-hunger is emotional...my usual drug of choice! 
I'm not anti-grain-I'm just FT'ing it for awhile.

Wouldn't it be fun to go Zumba'ing with Rosy today!

  1. I have to say that looks so good. I told you if you get hungry eat a grain and the coconut is not a grain according to Dawn. So go for it. Don't let yourself get hungry or feel deprived.
    You know how I feel already.

  2. I think you should eat the coconut bread, too! No sense in feeling actually deprived. It may backfire on you once you go back on grains. Love that picture~

  3. I agree with them eat the coconut bread. It has been hard these last few days and I dont know why. Sunday seems to be years away. I plan on going back to the original BFC then but I will incorporate FT meals. I dont feel complete without a little grain.
