I love outdoor living. But I live where it's cold about 8mos out of the year...and  I seriously think I'm allergic to the cold!
 I know that very soon I won't be walking outside. In the past I've considered bundling up, but so far that hasn't worked for me. What are you favorite ways to get exercise/activity into you life?  Do you have DVD's, classes at the gym?
I'm just trying to emotional prepare for the inevitable...WINTER!

  1. I have a membership to Curves, and try to get there a few times a week. I also have a treadmill in our basement and use that when I'm motivated.

    I live in Idaho, and it is cold here like 8 months out of the year, too. I "bad H word" it. Boy, can you tell I'm around little kids all day? LOL

  2. You have snow we have rain for several months out of the year I wonder what is worse. I just gave up my gym membership due to my husbands lay off. But I have several exercise dvd's at home that I love to do.

  3. You look so cute!! And you already know I don't have a gym membership or even exercise. I just walk - but tomorrow I am going to a zumba class with a new friend. I will let you all know how it went. haha

  4. Exercise is my biggest downfall. I don't even walk unless I'm shopping or sight seeing or something. I get bored going around the neighborhood. I know I have to start doing something though. If you come up with any good ideas please let me know!
